This full-time faculty position is on-campus and in-person.

Texas Christian University invites applications for the full-time position of Assistant Professor of Professional Practice in Business Analytics in the Neeley School of Business starting in August 2025. Primary responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate-level business statistics and business analytics classes. Preference will be given to candidates who provide evidence of excellence in teaching. Business experience in applying statistics and data science / analytics is desirable. Candidates for the position should possess a Ph.D. in Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field, and university teaching experience in Statistics and/or Business Analytics. The teaching load is 4-4 (four 3-credit hour sections each semester). The successful candidate will also help support the service needs of the department and the Neeley School.

Department Details:

The Information Systems & Supply Chain Management (INSC) Department at Neeley includes a vibrant mix of teachers and scholars who embrace teaching and student interaction. We offer undergraduate majors in Business Information Systems and in Supply & Value Chain Management. The Neeley School also offers graduate programs in Analytics and Supply Chain Management. In addition, we offer undergraduate certificates in FinTech and in Sustainable Business and deliver several courses in Statistics and Business Analytics for other programs in the Neeley School. The INSC Department promotes collaborations with the many Fortune 500 companies in the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) area.
